Why is that, Scribal? I only have one business with employees (all my businesses are home businesses). It’s been great! I hired someone to tend the cash register. I use the phone to call her in when it’s time to open the business. She stands there doing her job and when I close the business, she rings everyone up before I send her home.
I guess I’m asking what problems I might come up against since you are incredibly experienced and have an insane wealth of knowledge!
