Cannot eat in a restaurant (The Sims 2)
My Sims cannot eat in a restaurant when he or she is out for holiday in The Sims 2. When he or she orders a food, he or she did not start to eat, and someone just picked up the food! Is it a bug?
It's a bug that has been in the game since Nightlife that they never fixed. Between when your Sim gets the food and when they start eating it, there's a moment when the game considers the food unused and other Sims can take it. There is a mod that prevents other Sims from snatching your food or drink during that moment on Mod the Sims called RestaurantFoodBarDrinkFix.
