Can't Run TS2 UC because I don't have DirectX 9.0c-SOLVED

I keep getting an error that new laptop doesn't have DirectX 9.0c. The rest of the specs match/exceed what is required for the game. Anything I can do to help run the game? I have installed Graphics R...

Yes I know. I thank you for that! You saved a lot of people a huge headache. I imagine getting it un- "plumbed" would be like pulling teeth though. It is a shame, there is a lot of great info on your site, downloads too! :D
