Can't Run TS2 UC because I don't have DirectX 9.0c-SOLVED

I keep getting an error that new laptop doesn't have DirectX 9.0c. The rest of the specs match/exceed what is required for the game. Anything I can do to help run the game? I have installed Graphics R...

Having this issue again. I decided to delete the old save and start again. I hate to bring this back up since this was my original thread. Thanks again.
