custom skin window wont close no matter if i click the okay button or the X button i have to exit the cas or reopen the sims

same thing is happening to me.... i really hope they fix this because i personally cannot play UNLESS im able to customize my sims to my liking :c i was thinking that oh i can just go into the body shop, make my sims there and go into game, but they dont even have the body shop included!!!! :0 i am so disappointed/frustrated by this
thought i could bypass this problem by making sims in body shop- come to find out they dont even have body shop!! 😑
I hope this get's fixed pronto! It's a game breaker for me as well.
