Do we get a refund as game is inaccessible?

As the game can't be played anymore since the last update, does that mean we get a refund?? The screen resolution might be changed for some, but the controls are still too tiny for me to read them, edge scrolling isn't working, so the game is no longer accessible. Will there be an update or do we simply ask for a refund?

I am soooo gutted as I had just started a really cool legacy game, and now the game is gone. I literally could cry right now....

I am gutted as well because I got addicted to The Sims 2 again after all these years and I don't even play The Sims 4 anymore lol now my UI is too small to use and I am pissed but hopefully they will fix this mess since many people are pointing out these issues. At the moment this game is unplayable to me and I was waiting all day at work to go back home and play all evening (ha ha ha the joke's on me)

Exactly! I had half an hour before bed, so rushed on... Soooo upset!! Ended up playing sims3 for a bit but it's not the same, I want my legacy family back!

  • I had contact to customer service. They are trying to solve the problem an communicated it to management. So no refund yet but hopefully a patch soon.
