Please fix the "Object Limit"
Hello, An amazing coder named Will Nixon has been digging into a bug in The Sims 2 called the "Object Limit" and has figured out how it could be fixed. The game has a signed 16-bit integer cap on the amount of OBJDs it can process at any one point in time. Please remove this cap, as the amount of Custom Content available for The Sims 2 these days FAR exceeds the bounds of this limit. Custom Neighbourhood corrupt help
In january I started having issues with the Sims 2 Legacy crashing for no apparent reason. It was fine on a Wednesday and then not on Thursday. There was no new custom content downloaded and I have reviewed that as a possible issue. It is not. When I go to play in a lot/family, four bars will load and then it crashed. no error message. Just stops. Of course, this is the main and only neighbourhood I have been playing in. I spent months building it up. I have figured out that it is only an issue in the one custom neighbourhood. I tried the hood checker, it didn't fix anything. Any suggestions as to how to investigate and fix?register code old disk missing

Hello, The Sims 2 Legacy Collection runs smoothly and fine for me, with and without cc and mods. But after an hour or so (sometimes less) of gameplay, it will randomly exit the game without saving. No glitching, no pop-up from windows and no error logs in any of the files to help me find the issue either. I've tried running as administrator, configuring the settings to windows 7, applying the 4gb patch, removing custom content/mods, but nothing seems to fix this error. It is frustrating losing my progress and then opening the game back to see it running smooth and fine. Until it inevitably exits the game again. Are there any solutions to this?Unable to access save Data
So, I recently splurged on a new PC, and I am unable to access the current save data on the new PC; originally, I thought it was a linkage issue, but it brings up game data from two years ago. On the dashboard it shows that I am playing on my old PC, which I am, but it's a bit frustrating to not be able to use the new one. I have tried the contact us link on EA page and I wound up in a loop with the useless AI Beta that answered no questions. Anyone have some suggestions on how to solve this issue, or can you point me in the right direction?
my game won't go past loading screen
(sims 2 legacy) I've been trying to open my game and it stays in the loading screen forever. If i click with my mouse it crashes and I have to restart. If I wait and let the loading screen be...... it just stays there... forever. I've read many people are experiencing this but none of the fixes I've tried worked, is there somewhere I can ask someone about this problem? Is something happening???
The Sims 2
Everytime i play the Sims 2 i get about an hour or so into the game sometimes less and then it completely crashes like it got closed out. I didnt buy the dang thing to not be able to play it! does anyone have any suggestions on how i can get my game to work properly? i really miss playing the sims 2 its what i started my Sims journey on!!!
EA App Removing Sims 2 and The Sims
Is anyone else having issues with the EA App and them completely removing the Sims 2 Legacy packs and the original Sims? I have added a screenshot of what EA says. I paid money for this. I'm upset. I can't find anything online about them removing them. The only platform I can play is on Steam but i would have to buy everything all over again. Can anyone provide some insight on what to do or what is happening? #EAApp
