'Download Failed' Error everytime I try installing TS2

Hi everyone, I recently got TS2 Ultimate Collection and I downloaded it on Origin. However, when I clicked 'Install' it says 'Download Failed', which annoys me. I already ran Origin as an administrator, sign out and sign in and restart the PC. What should I do?

Contact EA or Origin. No doubt it's that buggy Origin.

ETA: *Do Not Follow Their Instructions to change your FAT32 harddrive..contact them and they will tell you to reinstall Origin, don't listen to that advise in the link.
