Food Bug in The Sims 2 Legacy

Question

Hi all! I've been playing the Sims 2 Legacy and I've noticed a bug where as soon as a Sim finishes cooking food, the food disappears from their hands and the Sim resets themselves. Doesn't happen all the time but seems to be certain Sims or families.

Is anyone else having this issue? Also been getting the game crash/terminate bug today. I see EA is going to come out with a bug fix so hopefully all this will be sorted.

I’m having this issue too and it gets worse the more I play. I gave up on it because my sim was just starving. I had 10 hours of good playing until this happened(only 1 crash during that time post CAS).

I'm having this bug now too! Happens both when the sim is at home and during a vacation stay&nbsp;
