Sims 2 legacy - suddenly crashing no error message
I have been playing my legagcy game without issue since october. Then suddenly yesterday, it randomly crashed with no error message. Yesterday, it was during game play. Today, it is whenever i try to go into any household. I can load to neighbourhood but not beyond. I do not have any new mods. I think my computer may have done some random update that I didn't approve. I am assuming it is due to this but I have no idea how to fix it. I tried chaptgpt but it has been beyond useless. Anyone have any ideas?Lots Empty After Saving
My issue is in The Sims 2 Legacy Collection ----- When I make a change to any lot that already has something on it - doesn't matter if it is community or residential, if residential it doesn't matter if a family lives there or not. But if it has a building or if it is an outdoor space with trees and a pond, it just has to already have something on it for this issue to occur. It also doesn't matter if it was my build or already there from the game. If I go to the lot and make ANY type of change - add a tree, change wallpaper, put in a fence - then click SAVE, then go back to the neighborhood the lot will be now be completely empty. If I click on the lot to go back in, empty. If there was a family living there, the family is still there, but everything is gone. I tried disabling/quitting onedrive, didn't matter. I had this issue on one computer, install a brand new game on a new computer, same issue. Anyone else experience this and know how to fix it?? HELP!Bug
Randomly crashes during game play, No error code. Doesn’t save so when I return to the family it’s gone back in time to a previous load up. loads the same everytime no matter how many times I’ve saved. Houses randomly disappear off the neighbourhood. Babys glitch and can’t be selected or used and can just float in the air.
Error with Neighborhood Stories
I noticed The Belladonna Cove only generates 6 pages in Legacy Collection: Belladonna Cove should have 12 pages as per the Disc/Ultimate version: Furthermore, the Riverblossom Hills Neighborhood Story is broken in the Legacy Collection: Appreciate it if we could fix this issue. Have a nice day! :)
Lost days of progress
Recently launched into the game to find the progress of all my households had some reverted to where they were several saves ago!? I repaired the game, uninstalled, and reinstalled to start from scratch, but more weirdness ensued. I left a household, and when I got back to it, all the wants and stuff were the same as I remembered, but the time on the in-game clock had reverted to previous save? What the hell? I just want to play my comfort game 😞
