Graphics Rule Maker for TS2 for laptop?
So I installed TS2 on my laptop because TS3 wouldn't run on it at all. I'm seeing some graphical glitches like the video kind of stutters sometimes, there is a line down the left side of the screen when it's closing down.
My question is: would the Graphics Rule Maker make a difference? If I remember correctly, this was more for powerful gaming computers with high-end video cards like I have on my main computer. I just don't know if it would help me with the laptop. It's a Dell Lattitude E7440 with a solid state drive, 8gb RAM.
Should I just turn down a bunch of settings to make it run better? Note that it heats up my SSD like crazy.
