The Sims 2 Legacy: Vacation issues still exist

Before telling the problem, I should say that I've all the patches and updates installed until June. I've started playing with my household like always but after reaching the hotel and exploring the vacation town, when I get the taxi back to the Hotel lot my Loading Screen just got infinite and my game crashed and I couldn't save my progression and after selecting my household to play again, they've got stuck in the hotel lot and I couldn't load it anymore. I thought this problem was solved with the last patches. But now I know that I've spend too many money to a broken game. I also uninstalled the game after this. I was so disappointed that I just deleted everything. I beg to the EA Manager and all employees that works at Sims Studio and Maxis, fix this game! You've already re-released these game like a trash and now after many updates and patches this game still have many issues.
