Ground Level Basement Problem

Am trying to build barns with basements (quite common in NE US of A, and so far no go. Not the basemen as such, but the sloping sides of the excavation. None of the standard issue tools enable eithe...

Have you thought of experimenting (on a different lot) with the raise terrain cheats?
