How to get TS2 - Ultimate Collection (Windows)

I've noticed a lot of people aren't aware they can get the whole collection free or for the price of one used copy. Origin has been handing out a digital copy of TS2: Ultimate Collection to anyone ...

was still on line,... i must have the base game? it's what i was not able to find/locate in any shop. onlyhave e expansions, but at the moment can't tell which ones they are.
