I urgently need help and this is driving me crazy

So I recently started playing the new Sims 1 and 2 Complete collections.. and my Sim keeps error dumping

I keep getting that error and really don't wanna lose her.. any advice? I've tried cleaning my folders and moving everything back in, moved her to different lots.. etc

Please help I'm desperate, if you need any logs etc.. let me know. if there's a conflict detector or etc I can use.. help. it's only with her
