im on windows 10 help!

everytime i enter crate a sim it crashes and terminates! does anyone know hoe to fix it? thanks

Hi I'm thinking about getting a 2018 Dell Inspiron 13 7000 and was wondering if it would run The Sims 4 smoothly. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
