Just installed TS2 and have some issues
Ok, how do I fix them? First off, I can only play on 800x600 resolution. There's no other option. I could play on a bigger resolution on my laptop just fine! With the exact same version of Windows...

I can't test it in my userStartup.cheat because I'm not having the problem and I wouldn't know if it's working. Here are two links to tutorials on making a userstartup.cheat.

All you need to do is open Notepad - type in the cheat with the number you want it- save it as userStartup.
example: uintProp lotSkirtSizeIncrease 36
Then close the notepad and rename it to userStartup.cheat
If you didn't save it there, Move the file to Documents\EA Games\The Sims™ 2 Ultimate Collection\Config
If it's set up right the game will activate the code on start up.

Nope, couldn't find it. Even with this tool. :/ I guess it's not there.
Maybe someone can send me that piece of the code so I can integrate it in the file myself?
I don't have the Ultimate Collection. I've merely installed the game from my old CD's not via Origin.
I did the cheat code document, but I will confirm if it works next time I launch the game.
