My sim is floating

I got 2 sims on my lot, after a while 1 of them started floating. Sometimes she is on the ground, but whenever she does something, like skipping rope, social interaction, open the fridge etc, she is way up in the air. I can see her skipping rope, with the tope animations 2 meters below her. How do I get her back to the ground?
