My Sim stands weirdly

This is Mr. Hillier, his idling position is very weird some of Sims in my hood stand like this - slightly tilted head and not standing straight. Does anyone know why?

    He is probably a lazy sim, not many active points so that's his default stance

    Yep, that's a lazy dude. Too lazy to stand straight. Don't know what amount of points is the cut-off for this idle pose. I do like the different poses, but this one makes them look a little not all there.

    Yeah, personality points have a lot to do with how they walk and stand or what idles they will do when not queued up to do anything.
