Resolution Scaling Bug

Hello !

I have an issue with the game's resolution scaling being incorrect since the last update and the resolution option in game is grayed out. That makes everything very tiny, I can't even read properly the description of the objects in construction mode. Can you fix it please ? It xas running perfectly before that update and we've been patient !
