I did some digging and can't find it anywhere. It looks like they may have used the Desiderata Valley Template and then added various lots and downtown objects to it. Or maybe Belladonna Cove? It's really hard to tell. Their credits at the end indicate they used pretty much every pack that was out at that point. I did get a giggle when I noticed "FreeTime Expansion Packs" as if there are more than one.
Maybe you can find someone willing to watch the video and try to re-create it for you.
Yeah, that's what I thought first, that it was either based on Belladonna Cove or what shipped with FreeTime Desiderata Valley. But if you keep analyzing the environment in the video you can see it resembles nothing of the two lol. So I just think they made a new neighbourhood and added a massive lot and then decorated it. It looks like nothing was reused from the previous neighbourhoods so I assume everything was made just for this music video. I might try to recreate it in my spare time, but we will see. It's not really easy considering it doesn't show a lot of the lot they have made, which mean you gotta take a lot of creative liberties to finish off the entire lot. But thanks anyway for the reply.
