OK, something is off about the special event camera
Starting with Don Lothario's house. I asked him to WooHoo with Nina Caliente and the plumbob just sat there!

I noticed this too. The camera was in the wrong place the whole time. I ended up going into the settings and disabling the special event camera.
It's wrong for most of the cutscenes.
