[Old Bug] Student NPCs Graduating

I know this is something that existed befor the Legacy Collection, but if you find some time in the future to look into this and maybe fix it, I would appreciate it:

If you ask a Student NPC to move in with you, not every Student "really graduates". Out of the 12 Students I recently moved in just 5 had the typical signs of a graduate (6 Wants, 2Lock ins). The other 7 Students kept the normal 4 wishes - despite they all remember to graduate and have the certificate in their inventory. And they were all welcomed into the neighborhood by graduated Sims I played through college (those Sims all had perfect grades at uni, were in Platinum Mood). The 5 Students with the 6 Wishes were all welcomed in by the same Sim, but that Sim also moved one Student-NPC in that just got the 4 Wishes. 

The 12 Student I asked to move in were: 1 Mascot, 1 Cheerleader, Dormies, and other Students on Campus.

I know that it depends on the College Status (Graduate, didn't finfish College etc.)  of the Sim, that askes the Student-NPC to move in. But like I said, they had all the same degree. So if you could fix it, so that they all get the 6 Wishes that would be great.
