Refund for Sims 2 bundle pack
I bought the bundle pack for the anniversary edition, but every time I create a sim the game crashes. Tried rebooting EA, tried repairing the app but no luck. Who do I go to if I wanted a refund? If that's possible??

I personally would like to know if this is possible also. Both the Sims 1 & the Sims 2 just continually crash for me. For $60 AUD I would expect them to have game play tested and worked out the issues before release. Big disappointment.
Go to your purchase history at myaccount.ea.com and click on the plus sign next to the date of each purchase. You should see a link about requesting a refund or something like that. I hope this helps!
