Remove Sims from game
Is there a way (other than using SimPE) to delete the family bin households like Ramaswami, Picaso, Ottamas etc.

Current.. I started a fresh neighborhood yesterday.
Then I would do what Rflong suggested: get your neighborhood's cemetery off to a good start by adding some Sims to it.
