Serious Lag

The games works well for about 30 minutes and then starts lagging TERRIBLY. Using the "boolprop testingcheatsenabled true" command and then clicking on Delete works to resolve the lagging, but for only a short while. The game will either completely freeze a few minutes after or just start lagging again.
