Sims + sims 2 25th anniversary no-launch/app crash
Sims 1 won't launch at all and Sims 2 crashes. Just bought both legacy editions today at release and have been unsuccessful playing either.

Running in compatibility mode for Windows 7 seems to work for me. Right click on the desktop shortcut and go to properties:
Alternatively the game works in Windowed mode. To enable add -w to the end of the target under the shortcut tab:
Seems a bit insane considering the game has been released specifically for Windows 11...
still sims 1 not working, I have windows 10
