I never actually used it cuz I didn't even know where to start! Yah, I was a really horrible builder. >.<

I miss it too. I love naming neighborhoods and the ability to pick our own lot sizes and place them on the roads. I miss having real roads too. Oh neighborhood description was cool.

It was an awesome feature. You could place empty lots down so you could add more apartments,homes etc.

I missed that in TS3 too. CAW and I do not see eye to eye, and even though the worlds produced with it had the potential to be spectacular, I miss the wonderful simplicity of creating a TS2 Neighbourhood.

I think it would go a long way to helping to improve TS4 a bit if they reintroduced the in game 'hood creator.

That's one of the biggest TS2 feature I miss too. I used to create a new neighborhood/world for each of my legacies and would love to see something similar again. That's why I love Newcrest so much; while I cannot customize the lot placement (like TS2) it still feels a bit more "blank slate" than OS/WC and I can build my own world. :)

I miss the Sims 2 world creator how I loved my custom world and wish I could remake it. You cant even rename the worlds in Sims 4 its sad how the game has gone backwards in so many ways.
