Sims 2 Holiday Edition

Question

I own ever ep and sp packs and can not use a cd/DVD because there are no drive in new laptops, how do I get all my Sims 2 packs onto my laptop without the cd/DVD drive at all...Please where are all my Sims 2 packs in EA App?

Oh and when I put in my code from my Sims 2 Holiday Edition in EA App something was very wrong a popup said it is for Spore that code is not for the Spore game it is for my Sims 2 Holiday Edition, really upsets me that has happened I need EA EA App to fix my code Please!

If you are wanting to use your existing cd/dvd versions, you will have to purchase an external dvd/cd drive. typing your old sims 2 activation keys will not give you the game through the app

EndlessSims3 I'm afraid there is no way to register disk versions of The Sims 2. Your only other option is purchasing The Sims 2 Legacy Collection from EA. But if you go with the external drive route, it is possible to install disk versions with some tweaks.

I will never have to pay sims 2 again, my cd/dvd rom external is not working at all, I have 2 external dvd/cd and one that is for Blu-ray anyways I can not even use an external rom for some reason it is not even showing up in my laptop. Are you an EA employee? If not you do not know if the are not going to help me.

I have the CD and all expansion packs. I would love to have it show up in the EA app. My games are working fine after installing. Following this thread.
