Sims 2 keeps crashing with runtime error message...

My game keeps crashing either by shutting down completely without any messages or i get a runtime error message (picture attached)

i have tried every possiable soloution such as: delteing cashes, reistalling runtime and other programs, reinstalling the game, using graphic rulers, run as administrator, but nothing works....

Any help is appreciated.
