Hammer Tool Bug

I have problems with stairs on sims 2, (I'm probably not the only one) I've read, tried both the hammer tool, 'MoveObjects on' and have tried ''boolprop testingcheatsenabled true'', but that doesn't work either. The house I'm playing on and having problems on is called: 113 Wright Way.

I've read that the problem was supposed to be fixed after the last update which was on February 20, 2025. But I'm still having problems.
