Sims 2 Legacy Bug Report Aspirations
My Sim aspirations are stuck in a look... His only aspirations I got are
- seeing a werwolf
- watching through a telescope
- seeing a ghost
- seeing aliens
- beeing befriended with a dog
- seeing starshower

Those aren't aspirations, those are wants. 😉 Are you rolling the same ones over, and over, and over during the course of gameplay? Are they rolling when he wakes up from a full sleep, but rolling to the same things? Or are they not rolling at all, they are just stuck the same?
It's not uncommon for Sims in Sims 2 to fixate on the same things and to continuously roll them when they wake up or fulfill a want. It can be annoying, but it's related to how the game "chooses" what to give you. Fulfill his wants so that he's in gold or platinum, so he'll be happy for awhile. Then, decide what sort of things you'd rather have him rolling. Want him to interact with other Sims, paint, swim, skill build, etc. and roll those wants? Then you just have to make him do those things. It can take a bit, but eventually he'll start rolling wants to do things you have him do a lot.
If he's taking a long time to roll new wants, google Wants or Wants Tuning packages for Sims 2. I have a couple, but I no longer remember where they came from. I do know Nopke on Mod the Sims has some packages related to wants and I have one of them that stops wants for pets myself.
