[Sims 2 Legacy Collection] Can't load Community lots

Tried loading community lots after my sims graduated from college to buy new clothing but no lot seems to load properly. Is anyone else having the issue with a fix? Or maybe another patch is needed. ...

I also cannot correctly load community lots. I mean they DO load, but also not properly. Is that what you meant?

What happens for me is the community lot loads, but then Live Mode becomes totally disabled after hearing a sim vocalize. (Your results will vary,. because I loaded a nightclub with a celebrating sim being very loud, LOL.)
