SIMS 2 LEGACY COLLECTION NO NEIGHBOURHOODS / CRASHING?

I had the same problem. I realised that the Window Security just blocked the game, so the game folder cannot be created in the (my) document. Please check the window security message, and click 'allow' the Sims 2 (.exe). Then, the game will run like normal with all neighbourhoods and functions.
