I've been playing TS2 on my laptop which has Win10- it runs fine. I have it open for hours some days.
*Wait- I have the Ultimate Collection
For anyone with this problem- I'd chat with EA Customer Service and tell them what happens when you try to play your disk game. They should give you the UC... might have to try a few times.
