MiyuEmi Graphics Rules Maker is one of the main fixes for UC; specifically with the following settings enabled (and allowing GRM to add your GPU to the database):
- Force texture memory (give it at least 1024MB)
- Disable texture memory estimate adjustment
- Enable driver's memory manager
Otherwise, the 4GB Patch should make the game Large Address Aware, hopefully preventing crashing on larger lots. Windowed mode is the way to go too, as otherwise the game might freeze on loading screens and not let you do anything else but wait it out.
I just reinstalled Ultimate Collection and it keeps crashing. Do you know how I could fix it?
You need the graphics rules maker (or to dig into how to edit the graphics files yourself) and the 4gb patch.
