The Sims 2 is my favourite by far. I think they've taken inspiration from 2 for The Sims 4 but The Sims 2 wins hands down I think. The Sims 4 does have potential but I think in so many ways they have wasted an opportunity, the neighbourhood screen for example. Like The Sims 3, if the base game is unable to keep my attention I wont bother buying expansion packs.
