I would like the sims to place food on the counter by default when canceling the table serving action.
And also, don't go to a distant location to finish serving the table when there is a distant table

If you don't mind mods, Simlogical has table and countertop serving control mods that may be helpful. I do not have them in my game myself, because I guess I'm just used to it and it doesn't bother me. 😂 But Simlogical has been around for a long time and I'd trust them.
Yes , I do .... I agree that mods are helpful , but not means we want a missing-piece game. I dont want to download a pack of mods everytime . When I change of device or reinstal it .
