THANK YOU EA for releasing the first Sims 1 and 2 games complete with all DLC and Windows 10/11 compatibility !!!! One of the best decisions you've made, I'm over the moon, you're bringing back my childhood memories !!!! A BIG THANK YOU <3

Unfortunately, I've noticed 1 big problem that are ruining my experience in the sims 2 game and I wanted to let you know ! :

Customizable stairs do not work properly (not the predefined ones). When I put one, I can’t delete it anymore, my bank account is filled to infinity by clicking on delete. Secondly, the stair railing does not work very well at all, when I place several stairs, they do not remove, and when I place a ramp, the ramp is put on another staircase further and I can’t put ramps everywhere on stairs. It is very unpleasant and exhausting...

Hey, have you found any solution? I spent 5 days making a huge lot only to find out none of it is accessible...

Here’s what I got, I’m sending you what I posted in another thread:

”You can download the Stuck Object Remover mod and remove it that way. It works, but leaves some parts of it - that can be also removed with the use of FORCE ERROR after turning on the boolProp testingcheatsenabled true mod. Then you’ll be able to put new stairs, everything works if it’s a residential lot. I recommend using various types of stairs so that it doesn’t turn into a teleport portal. I have the same problem and it works but can’t figure out how to do it on the community lot / apartment one since I can’t play in live mode there 🥲”

Having the same issue 😔 my issue seems to apply to predefined little stairways on my outdoor decks... Can't delete stairs and can't put railings on them... So frustrating... I've never used mods and things, I'm kinda scared to in case it bugs it up even more 😭

Having the same exact issues with the stairs. The only "fix"&nbsp;I can do is force error and delete them, but they go back to being glitched and unusable shortly after.&nbsp;
