TS2UC in EA Desktop?

I recently decided to try out EA Desktop and I love how smoother it is compared to Origin. I realized not all games are currently avaiable to download and TS2UC was nowhere in my library. Just wondering if they will make it avaiable for those who already own the game eventually...

What is EA Desktop?  Does it require a new Desktop Computer?  Is it Mod free?  How much is it?
