Which is your favorite Sims 2 neighborhood or sub-neighborhood?

This , but still my own. I edited PV map at SimCity4, added more roads to main part and also near coast for beach lots. Then I used Hoodreplacer and replaced the Meetmetotheriver's fixed PV Hood with my terrain and roads :)
