BAYOU BIJOU WORLD COLLABORATION BUILDS, Jan 2025 - June 2025
Another community project hosted by soocoolsim , Hidehi2 and myself. It was inspired by New Orleans, Louisiana (USA) and features 6 areas (the French Quarter, the Garden District, the City District, the farming area, the lagoon area and a bayou area). World created by Hidehi2. This post is in a condensed format and features the builds that I contributed.
Feb 1, 2025, FLEUR DI LIS ESTATE -- This was my first contribution for the Garden District area with a large historical family home with 4 beds/4 baths, a pool and more. Was inspired by a real life home in N.O.
Feb 10, 2025, BOURBONNAIS TOWNHOUSE -- New Orleans styled townhouse with three floors of living space and small courtyard space (plus two empty townhouses next door for you to furnish if you so desire).
Feb 12, 2025, CREOLE ACRES -- Cozy farmhouse with 3 beds/2 baths plus an orchard, garden and barn for horses and chickens.
Feb 28, 2025, GARDEN DISTRICT DOUBLE SHOTGUN -- Historic double shotgun duplex (both sides furnished but in very different styles, so you can pick which side to live in).
Mar 5, 2025, SATCHMO FIRE STATION #19 -- A fire station for the city district. Includes a gym, basketball court, community area and more. Fire fighters on duty won't want to go home with all the amenities this station has to offer.

Mar 17, 2025, MINT JULEP -- A small Victorian home for the Garden District with 3 beds/2 baths and features an octagonal turret enclosing a first floor den and upper floor primary bedroom. Sims will enjoy the two wraparound porches since there's not a lot of backyard space. Also includes an attached garage.
Mar 23, 2025, BANYAN RETREAT -- A modest rustic one bedroom cabin nestled in between the banyan trees of the bayou area (perfect for a fisherman who loves the outdoors). May be modest but has all the amenities one good want with a game room, a cellar, a laundry room, a fire pit and two fireplaces.

Apr 12, 2025, BIENVILLE HOTEL -- An historic boutique hotel combining old world elegance and modern comfort located on the edge of the city district. Can accommodate up to 68 guests (including 6 VIP suites) with a courtyard pool, hot tubs, bars, restaurants, weddings and more.

Apr 22, 2025, MIKAELSON PARK -- A small park for the city district featuring a food truck, picnic tables, chess, a playground and restrooms.

May 7, 2025, CREOLE LANDING -- A port for the rural farming area offering a garden, chicken coops, fresh veggies, a farm-to-table cafe, fishing, a kids' play area and restrooms.
BELLE OF THE BAYOU -- A one bedroom paddlewheel steamboat that spans four decks to be docked at Creole Landing Port.
May 22, 2025, LAFAYETTE SQUARE APARTMENTS -- An historic brick apartment building that has been given a facelift inside. Features a one bed/one bath apartment on the 10th floor, plus a fitness room a laundry room and bike storage. Includes 5 NPC apartments as well.
Jun 6, 2025, BIENVILLE TOWERS LUXURY APARTMENTS -- Downtown living in a luxury art deco styled apartment building, featuring a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment on the 11th floor. Includes 4 NPC apartments, a fitness center, a laundry room, bike storage, a pool, hot tub and a grassy bbq/picnic area.
