This one-story modern Mediterranean styled home has 3 bedrooms, 3-1/2 baths, a sunken living room with a fireplace, formal dining room, spacious kitchen with island, breakfast nook, pantry and bar. Front has a courtyard and a 2-car garage, back has a patio with built-in BBQ, rock waterfall pool, a fishing pond and a kids' play area.
The first in a series of my Palm Springs inspired mid-century moderns. (See my studio for the others.) The Ventura is an L-shaped one-story home with 3 bedrooms (one is furnished as an office), 2-1/2 baths, an open concept living/dining area, a galley kitchen, bar, laundry room and 2-car garage. This mansion has it all and was inspired by a real life house. Features 9 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, 7 fireplaces, formal living room and dining room, large kitchen, multiple family rooms, 2 offices, library, home theater, wine cellar, game room, pool house, patio, 2 terraces, 2 pools, basketball court, golf range, fire pit, play area and 4-car garage.
French style bakery serving delectable desserts, croissants, and breads. Features an open baking kitchen, indoor seating and outdoor dining on the patio. If your sim wants to make this into a home bakery, the upstairs storage area can easily be converted into a small home.
This home was modeled after Commander Shepard's apartment in the science fiction video game "Mass Effect 3". It was built in Lucky Palms, but created to go in the world, Lunar Lakes. Features 3 BDR/3BA, an art gallery, hot tub, pool, garden and more.
This library/media center was specifically built for Sunlit Tides, but could go in any world. It's more than a library; in addition to several reading areas, there are computers, study desks, dominoes & chess tables, science stations, telescopes, easels, TV lounge, music room, a small cafe, outdoor patio spaces, a children's activity room, photo booth & a relaxing courtyard in the middle.

Beacon Hill is a set of six 4-story row houses, two of which are completely furnished (Houses "A" and "D"). Each home has a different layout and features two balconies, a FP and a garage in the back. House "A" is decorated in a traditional style, where House "D" is more modern; both are fully upgraded.
This 7 bedroom country house has 3 floors of space for your big family. It features a music room, artist studio, playroom, a gothic basement (empty), lots of porch areas, a hot tub and BBQ area above the garage, a 4-stall horse barn, a large playground, a large pool, a garden and a cemetery.
