These are my personal builds and builds I created from DNA requests. All my creations are custom content free, play-tested and everything is usually upgraded.
***Builds are listed in descending chronological order***
This was a DNA request for a_niles06 to build a house that would fit in with Dragon Valley, but yet she wanted modern amenities. I decided to go with a tudor revival style. It features 3 bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths, formal dining room, living room, kitchen with breakfast room, two fireplaces, a rec room, a children's playroom with reading loft, mudroom, laundry room, carport for two cars, large pool, covered porch, kids' play area, fire pit, and a small horse barn with one stall.
The Ruby Dream no longer sets sail but has become a luxury resort docked at the Old Pier Beach in Sunset Valley. If you're prone to seasickness but still want to experience all the amenities a cruise ship has to offer, then this is the place to visit. We can accommodate up to 95 guests in our VIP staterooms or our resort rooms with room service. There's lots to do on board our 7 decks, including a dance club, a casino, a gym, a dining room, food stands, bars, 2 pools, a spa, hot tubs and much more.
This was a DNA request for Emily4331 who wanted a resort that looked like a cruise ship. Her favorite colors were red and gold so there is a lot of that in this build, lol. Built in Sunset Valley.
This was a DNA request for becks1112 to build a contemporary/traditional legacy home in her favorite colors of blues, teals, grays and whites.
It has 6 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms (as well as 2 powder rooms) on 3 different levels with a wrap around porch. The main floor consists of a formal living room, formal dining room, open concept kitchen with large casual dining space that's open to the family room with fire place. Also on this floor is a mud room, powder room and an office/den. Upstairs is where all the bedrooms are: the master (with fireplace) and access to a balcony, the grandparents bedroom, teen girl bedroom, young girl bedroom, a boy bedroom and a nursery. The basement has a gym, hobby room, robot making room, the laundry and a large game room with pool table, darts, foosball, dominoes, arcade game, chess and lots of seating. Outdoors is a large back yard with a beautiful pool, a covered hot tub, children's play area, a BBQ, pizza oven, and bar on the porch, along with dining space and lounging space. There's also a small pond and a fire pit. Built in Riverview.
This gated Florida style Mediterranean home was created for xnicholas12 as a DNA request. It features 7 bdrms, lots of baths, LR, DR, FR, library, office, lounge, gym, sauna, maid's quarters & a detached guest house. The basement contains the entertainment space with an indoor pool, art studio, billiards, game room, a theater, bar with a lounge & karaoke. Outdoors, there's an outdoor kitchen, a pool, hot tub, fire pit and lots more.
Welcome to Meadow Glen Festival Grounds. This lot changes color schemes and seasonal activities with each season, so your sim won't get bored at this park with so many things to do all year round. There's even lots to keep them occupied on a Sunday when the festival leaves town, with art easels, soccer, horseshoes, chess, dominoes, trampoline, performance music stage, croissant bar, playground, picnic area, gnubb set, shuffleboard, game gazebo, photo booth, parking, bike racks and public restrooms. (This was the first time I built a festival grounds so it was quite the learning experience but it was a lot of fun too!) This was a DNA request for Simlena528 and was built in the custom world, Meadow Glen.
This enchanting chateau was designed for a queen and features 3 floors with 6 bedrooms, 6+ baths, a grand entrance hall, a ball room, a study, music room, throne room, billiards and much more. The beautiful grounds include a hedge maze, a pool and a greenhouse. This was a DNA request and a collaborative creation between romagi1 (shell and layout), Sandraelle (interior decor) and soocoolsim (landscaping).
Decorated in a Balinese style, this modern home can be a vacation getaway or it's just the right size and has all the amenities for a single sim or young couple. After entering the gated entrance, you'll be greeted by fountains that lead up to the house. It's secluded and private and is open to the outside with easy access to the pool surrounded by a pond. The bedroom is accessed from the outside and has a sitting room and large bath. The tub and shower area has a glass ceiling and is enclosed in glass and looks out to a tropical garden area. There is another exit that leads out to the private hot tub. There is also a fenced in patio towards the front of the house, just off the main living area, surrounded by tropical plants. It has a BBQ, a dining table and an easel. Built in Isla Paradiso.
This 3 bdrm, 2-1/2 bath rustic modern farmhouse features an open concept floor plan with 2nd floor family room, a sun room art space with skylights, a 2-stall horse barn with loft game room, horse training arena, cows, chickens, garden, lots of porch spaces with bbq, bar and pizza oven, plus a pool, hot tub and a play area. (This was a DNA request from larrylove12 and was built in Hidden Springs.)
I happen to watch a lot of HGTV (one of my guilty pleasures, lol), and as soon as I saw this home I wanted to build a Sims version of it, but hadn't gotten around to it. But recently I saw a friend of mine's Sims 4 version (@WrathofCath) which inspired me to finally build it.
This house has a lot of clutter!! In fact, some of it I would have never put together (like some color combinations/patterns, etc), or used certain decor items (like a skull above the master bed, or the weird texture on the fireplace), LOL. So I couldn't bring myself to put some of these items in the home, so I changed things in a few places, but tried to decorate it as closely as I could with what the game had to offer and it's limitations. One problem I ran into was that some of my rooms didn't seem to be as large as the real home so I felt like things got a little cramped (like I had no room to put in a treadmill in the master, and the chairs didn't fit in front of the bed so I had to put them in front of the window instead). Also, I probably should have put it on a bigger lot as there wasn't as much yard space either. Oh well.
It has an open concept on the main floor with patio doors going out to an enclosed screened porch, with an additional dining area and more seating. The master suite, laundry room, powder room and mud room are also on this floor. Upstairs is a "flex" space with a reading area and desk, along with a teen bedroom and a guest bedroom, both of which have an attached bath. Built in Hidden Springs.
Here's a link to the actual smart home which was built somewhere in North Carolina, if you want to take a look. (I also included some pictures of the real house in my picture album, for comparison.)
Islands of the Sun is a small 3-story modern luxury resort and is situated on a cliff overlooking the ocean. Accommodations are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors with open deck walkways that overlook the open air atrium style lobby and down below to the pool area. There are resort towers with room service in the basement and 8 luxurious VIP rooms (4 with ocean views and 4 with garden views) that can accommodate up to 84 guests. Built in Isla Paradiso.

INSPIRATION FOR THIS HOUSE WAS DESIGNED BASED ON THE BELOW FLOOR PLAN.
This DNA request build was a first for me and quite the challenge to make these two styles into one house. The request from Moinesse was to build a house for a couple who couldn't agree on the color nor the architectural style of house they'd move into. One wanted a black gothic house and the other wanted a white modern home. So the request was to build half the house in each style, even the grass, fencing and outdoor furnishings were to reflect either the black side or the white side. Built in Roaring Heights.
Soooo......I was roaming around in Sunset Valley looking for a blank lot and happened to open the Shearwater lot and thought to myself....hmmm, this house needs a makeover with a different style. So that's what I did. It's now a sleek and modern house done in blacks and whites. (Oh, I also decided to not use any Store items, boy was that hard, lol.)
The footprint is the same, however I expanded the second floor side walls and reconfigured both upper and lower floor plan layouts. There's now a fireplace in LR and a half bath on the main floor and the kitchen was relocated (the former kitchen had a funky looking layout, ugh!). Upstairs has an extra bedroom and bath plus a bonus area with a desk and treadmill.
The original lot only had a parking space, so I added a 2-car garage on the other side of the lot and put in a pool down below underneath the decking with stairs accessing the lower lot. There's also some lounge chairs and a ping pong table near the pool so sims can now enjoy more of this lot.
This was a DNA request for Heledriel to build an Arabic fantasy home for her witch sim and teen children. It was quite the fun house to create with all the colors and tiled area. This 2-story 3 bed, 2-1/2 bath Moroccan themed home is built in the "riad" style (meaning an open courtyard) featuring lots of colors, tiles and patterns throughout that are typical of Arabic decor. All the rooms are accessed through the 2-level courtyard that's open to the roof. Outdoors there are several patios, a garden, pond and hot tub.
Additional info: The purple and gold magic room on the first floor was meant to have the store items -- book o' spells, magic cauldron and the soothsayer's crystal ball. However, I did not own these items (at the time) so I placed other objects of equal size to be replaced with those magic items. Also, I placed a few Savvy Seller's rugs in the home, mainly because I was wanting a different rug look and they recolor nicely, but sims may want to do some "browsing" so those can easily be replaced with regular rugs. Built in Starlight Shores.
