I really love the way the beach terrain looks so realistic. Great Job! You Shopping area looks nice too. I like that you are using the Uni deco cars for the parking lot. EA never did fix the issue with cars piling up in vacant spots causing lag for our games. I use NRAAS's Overwatch to help, but I find that if I replace most parking spaces with the deco cars from Uni I kill 2 birds with one stone. It makes the town look lived in and it eliminates parking spots for the glitch to dump cars ;-)
