Hi everyone, welcome to my showcase thread! I started playing since the original Sims, love building in Sims 3 the most and am happy to see others still enjoying this version as well. It’s been heartwarming and inspirational to be an active part of the Sims community individually and as a member of the DNA request team. In the past several years it’s also been my pleasure to initiate / host / participate in several Sims 3 world build collaborations.
No 3rd party custom content is used in my creations and they are play-tested and Custard checked before uploading. An aspect I really love is creating unique and themed builds, especially those that involve using CFE. The builds in my SIMS 3 STUDIO also include a wide range of architectural styles and blends. I do hope you enjoy my sharing as much as I enjoy building.

Hi everyone, hope you are enjoying the summer. Would like to share my latest build below.... another wishlist lot for anettesb for her Hidden Springs world rebuild. My first take on creating a SimFu Academy and I had such fun playtesting, especially the sparring matches. My tester sims were given the "Disciplined" trait so they just loved this facility and quickly build their skills. It's a great option to add this lot to regular worlds rather than going to China to learn SimFu. The style is modern rather than traditional Asian on the outside so is especially suited for the downtown areas. Hope you like it.
MASTERCLASS SIMFU ACADEMY Download link: thesims3.com/assetDetail.html?assetId=8734618 Description: 3 levels of activities for simmies looking to develop their skills in the martial arts. The first floor houses the reception area, a waiting room where they can relax after workouts, a meditation room overlooking the koi pond and garden, and expansive daycare facilities to keep any little ones amused while the parents do their own thing. The 2nd floor includes the sparring room, sauna, dual massage and refreshment area to hydrate and keep hunger pangs away. The top level houses board-breakers and outdoor training dummies and provides a great view of the lovely landscaping.

July 29/24 - Palais Garnier Opera House - Download Enjoy the splendor inspired by the Palais Garnier opera house in Paris. Start at the imposing entrance and grand foyer then visit the displays, library and sculptures on the main floor. Head to second floor on the grand staircase and visit the drawing room for a drink or snack purchased at the concession stand. The interior spaces are luxurious and glamorous with a purple theme, while the rec center is more modern. I created the building shell and landscaped the lot and Sandy decorated all of the interior spaces.
