Just to compare -
Florida Beaches - as you can see are very white and everything is modern compared to New England Beaches where one virtually steps back in time.

It was why I was concerned with my house that I made as it was a houseplan I knew of a Florida home from days gone by and not like now a days. It would not be right at all in a New England beach as all the homes here are considered New Englanders and Victorian beach houses and such or Fishermans pier houses - in Florida the look has gone the look of the kind of houses you guys are making.
I will upload it in a bit to my studio and you can decide - but I don't think it looks right. You want it, just like anything in my studio, help yourself - that's why everything is there anyway. hehehe
