For the last few days, I had been getting the "Authentication not available" messages when I tried to log in. I finally was able to log in (on one browser) so that I can comment on your story.
I love your sets; the office, the airplane, the winter scenery and the streets of Autumnvale. I have never seen deco people before; what a great idea. I love your attention to detail such as the set of keys in the dish at the car rental counter. The story is entertaining so far. I chuckled when Declan thought "It’s almost like we are in a Christmas movie."
It is great to see Declan in live mode after these past few months.
Looking forward to the next chapters.

Edit to add: I've found that when I get that authentication error, if I refresh the page a couple of times it will take me back to my EA log in and so I log in and that fixes it. Sometimes it might give you another 'authentication error' after logging in, but just refresh the page again and all is well. 👍🏻
The key button to remember is the REFRESH button! 😄
I will definitely try refreshing. I had tried clearing my browser history and restarting my computer.
