Test your creativity in designing a small space! Download and place either or both mobile home shells below then get inspired.

Shells can be placed in any world. You can optionally use lots in Map F below in Cape Albacore to work on your chosen shell(s), however please note that only the winning designs will be officially assigned to the 6 lots reserved for this challenge. Once the challenge is completed, the rest of Map F will be opened for claiming through the regular "Claiming Day" collab process.

Challenge Information

  • Keep the four exterior walls ‘as is’.
  • OPTIONAL! You can follow the overarching RESIDENTIAL EXTERIOR COLOUR GUIDELINES on page 1.
  • No 3rd party custom content allowed.
  • Include at minimum all the basic living items for at least one sim.
  • Keep the total cost of your finished build within the assigned budget as follows:


    • 10 x 10 version = §18,500 max
    • 15 x 10 version = §26,500 max


    Otherwise, you have full design and creative freedom including moving / adding doors, arches, windows and landscaping. You can also add interior / exterior walls and architectural elements including columns, fencing, flooring, etc.

    Winners will be chosen by community vote. Your screenshots can play a big part in helping folks decide which design to choose. In reward, the top 3 entries for each lot category (10 x 10 and 15 x 10) will be placed in Map F and included in the showcase video at the completion of the collab.

    All submissions for this challenge will be Custard checked by a planning team member to verify no 3rd party custom content is included. You can submit up to 2 entries for each lot size category using the entry form below for each build.
    Deadline for submissions = 12:00 midnight EST, December 18, 2023
