You will want to do this when you first get in the world preferably in edit town. It is not the whole building - just the bars.

(Download. Right click on download and choose Extract All/Extract. After it's done Open the Bellatrix folder, right click on Bellatrix.sims3 folder and choose Copy. Go to Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3/Saves folder -and Paste the folder there)

CAW files- No lots and I removed all the LL items but the free rocks... So you don't have to have the Store world to use these files. :)
